Dr. David A. Swearingen, O.D.
Dr. David Swearingen received his optometry degree from Southern California College of Optometry in 2000. The National Board of Optometry certified him in Treatment and Management of Ocular Disease in 2000. His undergraduate degree, Physical Education/Pre-Physical Therapy, was received from Point Loma Nazarene University in 1993.
Dr. Swearingen established Spectrum Eyecare Optometry, Inc. in 2006. His professional affiliations include the American Optometric Association, the California Optometric Association, the Fellowship of Christian Optometrists, the National Glaucoma Society and the San Gabriel Optometric Society. He is currently board eligible as a Diplomat of the American Board of Optometry.
Three children have blessed his life: Ashley, Cade and Dawson. He has been married to their mother Amy for 13 years. He enjoys baseball, wakeboarding, jet skiing and golf.

Dr. Elizabeth Tsay, O.D.
Dr. Elizabeth Tsay grew up locally in the city of Claremont and graduated from both high school and college in Claremont. She earned her doctorate from the Southern California College of Optometry in 2007. In addition to general optometry, she has special interests in low vision and contact lenses. She is certified in diagnostic and therapeutic pharmaceutical use, as well as in the treatment and management of ocular disease.
Dr. Tsay is a member of the American Optometric Association, California Optometric Association, Inland Empire Optometric Society and Asian American Optometric Society. She is currently serving in the Special Events Committee for the Inland Empire Optometric Society.
Dr. Tsay is fluent in Mandarin and Spanish. In addition to her busy schedule, she enjoys medical mission work, as well as traveling, dancing, and reading.

Dr. Arian Fartash, O.D.
Dr. Arian Fartash was born and raised in Orange County, CA. She is a second generation optometrist, who takes pride in making sure everyone is able to receive quality eye care. Dr. Fartash graduated with honors from UCLA with a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences and Minor in Near Eastern Studies and Languages.
After completing her doctorate degree at the Southern California College of Optometry in Fullerton, she has been practicing in Southern California, where she makes her patients see and look their best. In addition, she is certified to diagnose and treat ocular disease, including glaucoma. Dr. Fartash is a board member of the Rio Hondo Optometric Society, member of the California Optometric Association, and American Optometric Association. In 2012, she received an award from the California Optomertic Association as a Project Keep Recipient.
In addition to practicing optometry, Dr. Fartash enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and Pomeranian. She also takes time to travel and design jewelry.

Shannon, Office Manager
Shannon graduated from Cal Poly Pomona with a Bachelors degree in Psychology and has over 10+ years of experience in the optical field. Her vast knowledge allows patients to feel very secure in knowing that they are getting the best products and service. She knows style and fashion and can help you find the right product while keeping within your own personal style.
