Dr. David Swearingen and Dr. Elizabeth Tsay offer state of the art optometric care and services using the latest examination and treatment technology. Our optometrists are licensed to diagnose eye health disorders and can prescribe topical or oral medication to treat eye disease. Our eye doctors also work closely with ophthalmologists in the co-management of cataract and laser refractive surgery, including LASIK.

Our practice offers the latest eyewear, sunglasses, low vision aids, and contact lenses. We accept many insurance plans, such as VSP, EyeMed, MESVision, Blue Shield PPO, TriCare, Medicare, Medi-Cal, and more.
